Do I need an account to order?
You can check out as a guest. A free account saves your files, past orders and addresses, and reseller accounts unlock trade pricing.
When does production start?
After payment, a print-ready file and, if you chose one, your proof approval. Orders placed before 1 PM on a business day count from that day.
What’s the difference between a PDF proof and printing as supplied?
A PDF proof lets you check how the file will print and adds one business day. Printing as supplied is faster, but jobs printed from the file you sent can’t be reprinted for artwork mistakes.
Which file formats do you accept?
PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, TIFF and high-resolution JPG or PNG. See the artwork guidelines for bleed and resolution.
Can you ship without ZiiPrints branding?
Yes. Choose blind shipping at checkout and the box goes out with no ZiiPrints name, invoice or price on it.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pickup is free on weekdays during business hours. You’ll get an email when the order is ready.
Do you offer rush production?
Many products can be rushed. Ask through a custom quote with your deadline and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Is there a minimum order?
Most large-format products have no minimum. Cards, flyers and stickers come in set quantity tiers.
