Artwork guidelines
Files that follow these rules print without delays. If something is off, we’ll flag it on your proof.
The essentials
- Build the file at final size, or to scale for large banners (state the scale)
- Add 0.125″ bleed on every edge for print products, 0.5″ for banners with hems
- Keep text and logos 0.25″ inside the trim line, 1″ for grommeted banners
- Use CMYK colour mode; RGB files are converted and colours may shift
- Outline or embed all fonts
- Images at 150 dpi at full size for large format, 300 dpi for small print
